2013 Dental Forum moved to the grounds of Fira de Barcelonas Gran Via.

-Forum Dental, FDM, leaves Montjuïc and moved to Palace 1 of the enclosure of Gran Via of Fira de Barcelona, which will celebrate its 8th Edition – the first organized by Messe Düsseldorf – from 11 to 13 April 2013. Fira de Barcelona wants to contribute to boost commercial activity and to generate business, as well as position the event as the reference in the sector. Also, will enhance the exchange of knowledge with more scientific congresses, conferences and new activities

Barcelona, may 2012.- those responsible for the Forum Dental presented last April the strategic lines of its next edition, agreed with the major players in the industry and the dental sectorboth the supply and the demand. Among the main innovations of the next edition of the Forum, stresses its transfer of Montjuïc to Pavilion 1 of the enclosure of Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via. For Planas, the image of the salon must correspond to the sector, which stands out for its great capacity for innovation and commitment to quality. “In this sense, the new headquarters is without doubt the most suitable”. According to Roger Mitjana, director of the salon, the new compound also enables integrating one of the Conference rooms in the exhibition area of the Palace 1 and thus improve the flow of visitors, a request which have moved us many exhibitors ”.

The venue Gran Via is also very well communicated, just 10 minutes from the airport of Barcelona, Barcelona 10 in public transport (FGC), only 3 km from the Plaza Spain enclosure and with 4 parking for more than 4,500 seats. There is also a great selection of hotels with 25,996 rooms within a radius of a few kilometres.

More commercial activity and business

Another of the strategic lines of the contest is the commitment to boost commercial activity and generate business. To Fira de Barcelona as an organizer, the Forum may receive, for example, its network of overseas delegations, representation in 33 countries, for intense job of promotion and recruitment of exhibitors, visitors and delegates.
