SAS warns that it is forcing casual to catch holiday before April for his subsequent dismissal

The Union Asambleario of health of Madrid ( SAS) has warned Friday that some community health centers is forcing casual and temporary workers to take holidays before March 31 in order to “undercover” to dismiss them later.

In the Madrid Ministry of health denied the mayor, ensure to Europa Press that holidays are a right of workers is regulated and that, Furthermore, in brief, start with the renovations.

The Secretary general of the SAS, Angel Navarro, said Europa Press although they cannot give “accurate data” have recorded that there were centres which is saying casual and temporary workers will get holiday before the end of this year, “which showed that the dismissals are that comes behind”.

Navarro believes that this situation is a result of the 37 hours and a half workday that are going to have to do health professionals and it has referred to the agreement reached in the sectoral table of health – which is not represented-, stressing that the problem is not the “bad” that becomes the agreement.

“There is virtually no possibility of applying normal criteria, we do not know how to have impact on workplaces and what templates,” added Navarro.
