The summer and high temperatures favour the occurrence of kidney stones.
USP the Hill Tania monsoon nefrologa warns that this disease has a high hereditary component and that to prevent it should drink plenty of water, eat fruits and vegetables and limit the consumption of salt and calcium.
Santa Cruz de Tenerife, July of 2012. The arrival of summer and with high temperatures favours the emergence of stones in the kidney or renal lithiasis. The increase in sweating at this time causes increased dehydration, which in turn generates a concentration in the urine of substances which give rise to their training.
