Clinical Bavaria inaugurates a new Center in Lugo.

Lugo, 2011-August clinic Bavaria inaugurates a new Center in the city of Lugo. The new clinic, located in the central street Dinán is the third company in the Galician Community Center and has required an approximate investment of 300,000 euros to put in place.

The new Center will serve the entire province, and will include the dedication of a team of seven professionals, led by Drs. Ares and Coloma, which will ensure the visual health of the locals.

The opening of the clinic has been favoured by the welcome and prestige among the locals already had clinic Bavaria. Thus, throughout more than ten years of activity of the clinic that the company has in A Coruña hundreds of locals already had gone there to solve visual problems, being one of the main reasons why this opening has been.

in this sense, and in order to make it even more affordable techniques, clinic Bavaria has closed collaboration agreements with the main institutions of the city, City Hall, provincial government, professional associations as well as the most important at the provincial level and health insurance companies, so that employees and partners can enjoy special rates.

The inauguration of this clinic is part of the national plan of expansion of Bavaria clinic which provides for the opening of between five and seven centres in the next three years. In addition to this growth in number of centres, clinical Bavaria want to increase the number of treatments performed to correct the most common Visual problems (myopia, hypermetropia and astigmatism). At the same time the company pays special attention to treatment for the removal of eye strain or presbyopia, a visual defect that affects 95 per cent of persons aged 55 years and today has a safe and very effective surgical solution.

Clínica Baviera is the only European ophthalmological company which is listed on the stock exchange and is part of the Bavaria group, one of the great Spanish health companies that has 73 clinics located in five countries (Spain, Germany, Holland, Austria and Italy).
