Montevideo, 1 sep (EFE).-Uruguay today launched the national day of hypertension, aimed at sensitizing the population about the importance of controlling blood pressure to avoid possible problems to health, with a series of tests to the politicians in the country, headed by Vice President Danilo Astori.
Armed with manometers and stethoscope, the medical team of the Uruguayan Parliament, Astori is President, toured the offices and rooms of the building to take the tension to all officials and present legislators willing to draw attention to a wrong very common and easy to identify.
