the program encompasses individual self-care initiatives since taken by patients themselves, until the activities offered in an organized manner by health systems. “Through the control and monitoring of data generated by the service, we will do a comparison of the numbers of premature births and births of babies with low weight, before and after, the beginning of the project,” says Franco
