Madrid, November of 2011- the plan of training of Mediformplus, Spanish leader in the management and marketing for the Office of pharmacy consulting, is having very good results. The level of participation and satisfaction is still very high by attendees, so reflects it the surveys conducted by the consultant.

The continuing education of Mediformplus plan is divided into three main areas: sales techniques (1st and 2nd part), training by categories and UP/Cross Selling aimed at personnel of the pharmacy. The first sales techniques courses have taken place in Madrid, Vigo, A Coruña, Granada, Leon, Ponferrada, Bilbao and San Sebastian in order to help achieve the complete satisfaction of the client/patient Pharmacy staff. This course provides the knowledge and tools necessary for the customer relationship.

at this first meeting of sales techniques worked on sales stages and generated group dynamics, where attendees participated actively and in which Raquel Vicente, forming Mediformplus, acted as moderator and host of ideas and discussions. In the second part of the course of sales techniques session has been of role – play, so necessary to the pharmacy every day.

Also in other cities like Seville or Barcelona has begun training by categories of hair, which helps to recycle knowledge and to improve the pharmaceutical Council
