AMYTS supports his fellow “Doctors of Catalonia” in its call for 48 hours strike against cuts.

Spain, November 2011- The Executive Committee of the Association of physicians and senior graduates of Madrid (AMYTS), majority Union among doctors in public health in the community of Madrid, has agreed to make public its unconditional support to the companions of the Union American of Catalonia (doctors of Catalonia)We have decided to strike of all the personal optional and doctors in training in the community of Catalonia, from the 8 hours from 15 November until 8 p.m. on the 17th.

AMYTS, as repeatedly noted American de Catalunya, is not in favour of carrying out actions which might jeopardize citizens, but is also true that before withdrawals negative health authorities Catalan take into consideration the opinion of doctors, maximum depositories of health knowledge and at the same time responsible for clinical decisions with the means available, it has not left them no alternative to this unique wake-up call, to retrieve a welfare activity which could be considered normal, for what gets example the year 2010.
