Constitution of the sanitary Forum of Pontevedra the schools health professional based in the province of Pontevedra have teamed up to create a forum for opinion

Pontevedra, February 2012.- on Thursday, February 2, 2012 was held the first meeting of the health forum of Pontevedra in the headquarters of the School official pharmacists Pontevedra, in which participated Presidents of the professional schools of health system based in the province of Pontevedra:

Luis Campos Villarino, President of the official College of physicians of Pontevedra

Alba Soutelo Soliño, President of the official College of pharmacists of Pontevedra

Luis Núñez Desiré, President of the official College of veterinarians of Pontevedra

José Manuel Álvarez Vidal, President of the Professional Association of dentists and stomatologists of Region XI

Carlos Férnández Gómez, President of the official College of nursing of Pontevedra

in the meeting it has been agreed the creation of the health forum in Pontevedrawhich will be part all health professional schools based in the province of Pontevedra.

The Forum is constituted with the aim of being a space of opinion which addressed issues and common problems of all kinds, essentially sanitary but also professional, provincial and municipal.

The Presidents of five schools will meet every two months, on a rotating basis in each schools, promoting the exchange of information between the institutions, as well as the sharing of opinions for their joint transfer to the members and public opinion.

In the same way, is intended to facilitate the implementation of common projects oriented to obtain an improvement in the quality of care to patients, to help improve their quality of life. The members of the health forum of Pontevedra have valued the importance of addressing, as far as possible, in both joint and consensual way further training to its collegial as positions that are passed on to the Administration on various topics affecting the health professions such as the membership forms, registration of healthcare professionals, career development, and others as the intrusion, the regulation of advertising or electronic and medical recipe.
