Aerte regrets the opportunism of those political formations more interested in obtaining revenue from the situation of the sector of the unit to find a solution to their problems.
-Aerte recalls that most of its centers, which have not gained since 1 year ago, have not paid full payroll the past two months, or pay them extra
-the employer’s sector of the Unit maintains his confidence in the efforts that are being made from the Conselleria
Valencia. January of 2013- Aerte, the main employer of Valencian dependence by both number and volume of centres represented, has shown his criticism towards the opportunism of some political formations whose trajectory seems to be more focused on obtaining political revenue of the situation that the sector currently, in working to find solutions to the problems that dragged the dependence enterprises in the CV.
Aerte has moved to the political environment need to seek points of consensus through which it is possible to work together in solving the problems of those people in a situation of dependency – around 11,000-whose records have not yet been resolved and are homelessas well as to alleviate the situation of the more than 12,000 workers Unit found in a situation of labor risk extreme.
In this sense, Aerte pointed out that it is easier to walk the path for resolution of the problems that currently beset the sector from unity and working together that allow the different political formations to find solutions for this problematic situation of a social naturewhich affects a significant proportion of the populationIn this sense, Aerte has urged these political formations to take example of the responsibility of those centers that after more than one year without having gained, they continue providing its services for dependent people, still doing it at the expense of applying for loans and credit facilitiesbecause it’s an acquired right and reconodido socially.
2013 starts with the same problems
The year 2013 has begun for the sector of the unit by dragging the same problems with which the year 2012 has been dismissed: outstanding debt without charge, problems for the payment of payroll of centres for their workers, extra payments that have not been paid and in general, perception of helplessness.
Not in vain, the centres represented by Aerte accumulate even in debt a year pending resolution. Most of them don’t have failed to pay the last two payroll of their workers, nor the extraordinary Christmas pay. Despite this, the centres continue providing its services to dependents.
in terms of the 11,000 records of dependents who still are unresolved or have not been able to regularize their situation, Aerte has requested a joint effort and dedication to justice for this segment of society to recognize an acquired right that Governments have a clear responsibility.
In this context, Aerte has expressed its confidence in the work of the new Government’s Social Welfare team, as well as his faith in that is making effort to resolve a difficult situation at the moment in which we find ourselves, but that requires an immediate resolution, to try to safeguard the right to assistance from a particularly vulnerable segment of the population of Valencia.
