the National Federation of private clinics, has appointed Carlos Rus as the new manager of the Federation.
Spain, 2011-September within the modernization plan that is driving the new Board of the National Federation of private clinics has proceeded to appoint a new manager of the FNCP. Mr. Carlos Rus holds a degree in law at the University of Navarra and Master in management of companies by the International Institute San Telmo, among other positions, Rus has previously, Director of human resources of Dolmen Consulting, Manager of external relations in Andalusia in the company Mercadona and new projects in Portobello Marbella (estate)where he worked for six years.
Currently, it is member of the Executive Committee and President of the Commission on labour relations of the CES (Business Confederation Sevillana), and member of the Labour Relations Commission of the CEOE, mediator of the service of collective disputes in Andalusia and it has also been member of the Board of Directors of the CEA (Confederation of Andalusian business).
following the appointment of Mr. Carlos Rus the organizational structure of the National Federation is composed of Mr. Gabriel Uguet (Chairman), Mr. José Bernardo Silveira (Vice-President), Dr. ValentÃn Ballesteros (Vice-Chairman), Ms. charity Marshal (General Secretary), Dr. Tomas Merina (Treasurer), Dr. Jesús Gómez Montoya (Accountant) and Mr. Carlos Rus (Manager), most other members of the Board of Directors representing the greater part of the autonomous communities.
