Barcelona, October of 2011- the Spanish society of pharmacists in primary care (SEFAP)sponsored by Chiesi laboratories, has organized the second edition of award Chiesi research for primary care pharmacists with the objective of promoting the implementation and development of research activities in this field.

The winner of first prize, with a strength of 3,000 euros, has been to Isabel Rosich; the first runner-up, who has obtained the amount of 2,000 euros, has been José Manuel Sotoca; and 1,000 euros in the second finalist, have gone to Antonio Villafaina.

The Spanish society of pharmacists in primary care is a scientific and professional association that aims to enhance the professional practice of its partners and help develop their skills, ensuring at the same time the recognition in the environment of health and society. The SEFAP was founded with the aim of enhancing all those activities aimed to achieve an optimal use of medications in the field of primary health care.
