Ellipse obtained the American filtration Dual mode patent.
Spain, January 2013.- technology computers I²PL Ellipse relies on the principle of the mode of Dual filtration (MFD), i.e., in the ability to filter effectively lengths of wave not only from the bottom through a color filter but also, and uniquely, in the upper part of the spectrum by means of physical water.
Ellipse MFD technology is now even stronger, since the American patent has been granted to us to use water as one of our filters.
Dual filtration mode combined with the technology of pulse square are the main reason why Ellipse uses much less energy compared to other IPL teams. The MFD allows us to filter and remove all the unnecessary wavelengths delimiting the light emitted to the chromophore to try avoiding nonspecific heating of the skin.
in other words, Ellipse delivers only light spectrum that is absorbed in hemoglobin or melanin. This is the reason why the Ellipse systems do not need to refrigerate the skin during the treatment, since no heated water from the skin. For this reason, Ellipse systems require less energy than other IPL systems and in addition, achieve better results. It also allows us to deliver short or very long pulses without fragmenting them in pulse train.
Pulse square technology ensures that energy reaches the desired level immediately, remains at that level while the pulse lasts and ends instantly. As a result the firing of Ellipse is stable and minimizes the risk of adverse effects.
