Zaragoza, March 2012.- at the fair of Zaragoza campus already finalize the details for the celebration of Starbien, the first Industrial Fair of equipment and supplies for health, health care centres and communities, will become the first exclusively a professional at Spain, and who will remain in the capital of the Ebro from 27 to 29 March.
Starbien is an Industrial fair that was born with the objective that providers of geriatric centres, residences, hospital chains, etc … find a place to go as exhibitors and, in turn, becomes a meeting point between them and potential buyers, professionals and all the agents involved in the subsectors of assistance ”explained its director, Pedro Valverde.
Valverde has been very pleased with the excellent reception are finding, with more than 50 brands confirmed, regarding all these sector and arrivals of nationwide and even international representation. Also explained that the initiative has emerged from the industry itself, and that the organization is, thus, to respond to a need to ” of the companies themselves.

For its part, the director-general of fair of Zaragoza, José Antonio Vicente, has been very pleased by the incorporation into the enclosure of a new appointment: are happy because, despite this crisis situation, there are still projects that can be made from the trade fair point of view, well thanks to our location either because they have not yet had a significant representation in sector fairs ”.
In this regard, Vicente has ensured that this is a sector which had never entered and that, although in Spain has had some representations, still has an important gap ”, and recalled that it is jointly with Ibercocina the second new project fair in Zaragoza since the beginning of the year.
The director-general of fair said that he hoped that Starbien will continue for many years that it is a sector that will have much future significance ”. Finally, the Director of creative and responsible of the technical conferences, Maria Sasot, Essentia pointed out that it is intended to all professionals attending the fair to analyse and discuss, along with the leading experts of the matter, on the future of the sector. In this regard noted that conferences and presentations will try to cover the different subsectors present at the fair, and will be from the application of ICT or health policy and management centres, to issues of hygiene or disinfection.
Thus, Starbien will count with the presence of visitors of different stakeholders in learning about the latest developments in medical supplies from companies responsible for making aid home, passing by important entities such as hospital groups, mutual, care centres, different foundations and associations related to disabilities, diseases and old age as well as retailers: orthopedics and parapharmacies and a long list of specialized companies of the sub-sectors of health and communities.
