Barcelona, 3 APR ( EFE).-the Minister of Interior, Felip Puig, today announced that his Department is personará as a private prosecution against the detainees by the rampage of the 29 M in Barcelona and, at the same time, opened them a sanctioning dossier that remains paralyzed at the expense of the courts.
Press Conference, Puig has announced that, in its fight to combat with firm hand which he called “urban guerrilla”, his Department has decided to appear in person as private prosecution in court proceedings opened against the almost eighty arrested for the riots of the 29 M.
In the judicial field, according to Puig, Interior is align with the Prosecutor’s Office to try to ask for the maximum possible sentence detainees.
In parallel, the Counsellor has revealed that Interior already has opened a disciplinary record to 94 people by incidents of the day of the general strike, although the dossier has been frozen by waiting to see how it evolves the judicial process.
If the judicial process ended archiving, according to Puig, Interior resume then administrative channels to punish the defendants by the damage caused in the public and private sphere still are quantifying.
