Spain, January 2013.- Laboratorios Ordesa, Spanish pioneer in infant feeding, has donated a total of 25 tons of baby food to the Spanish Federation of banks of food (FESBAL), with which more than 700,000 babyfood can prepare for babies from families of all Spain without resources. The company has participated in the campaign ‘ the great collection of food ’ on Facebook, which has been conducted from November 15 to January 7. The contribution of Laboratorios Ordesa consists 41.700 packages Blevit 5 grain 700 g, that have a value approximate the market of 285,000 euros.
This action falls within the policy of Corporate Social responsibility of the company, as a way to contribute active and voluntarily to the social, economic and environmental betterment of society.
Roberto ribs, Ordesa Spain’s Director, explained that in a difficult time like the present, enterprises have the obligation to carry out responsible practices.
