Mediformplus presents his Plan of continuous training for the academic year 2011/12

Madrid, 2011-September MediformplusSpanish leader in the management and marketing for the Office of pharmacy consulting, has prepared a training plan adapted to the needs and suggestions of its customers for the new year. These formations are directed to the Pharmacy staff and will be carried out throughout the Spanish.

this training plan aims to provide and/or consolidate assistants pharmacies with the necessary tools to improve care and the pharmacy service, promote the dispensation activates of the various categories, increase productivity and profitability of the business, while preserving the excellence and the characteristics of the Spanish pharmacy.

Theme of courses

The continuing education of Mediformplus plan is divided into three main areas: sales techniques (1st and 2nd part), which will teach attendees as the needs of the customer – patient. Training by categories, will help them to recycle knowledge and improve the pharmaceutical Council and UP/Cross Selling, these techniques will get boost cross selling.

The courses are highly dynamic and participatory. Combines a theoretical part and a practical part, using role plays of sales, useful examples, workshops … in order to provide easily identifiable tools for attendees. In addition training workshops will be organized by groups of pharmacies based on geographic area.

This training plan begins in September with the first part of the sales techniques module. The first courses will be held in:

-September 19: Bilbao / San Sebastián
-September 20: Madrid
-September 27: Granada
