-8Th day of the University Institute of research in primary care (IDIAP Jordi Gol) on 19 April at the Hotel Serhs de Bellaterra, under the slogan “Innovation and transfer to primary care”
– more than 200 primary care investigdores gather in Bellaterra to analyze the future of research in the first level of care.
Barcelona, April 2012.- The meeting aims to be a rallying point to analyze how the knowledge of primary research can have a direct applicability on the outpatient consultations. Therefore, among other topics, will be reviewed issues such as: the ECOPIH project. Implementation of a tool for clinical collaboration in network communication between levels of care, in the field of the Organization: the experience of the Manager of the complex chronic patient care cases.
During the day, the primary care professionals will also be workshops to update knowledge on the research on issues such as: the basic aspects of the development and adaptation of questionnaires, web 2.0 tools that help the management of research projects and resources, ethics in research areas: fundamental concepts and practicalities to consider, or more advanced in literature search strategies.
Instituto Universitario de Investigación en Atención Primaria organizes biannually this Catalan research meeting in primary care, with the aim of sharing knowledge and experiences, and describe a path of future set to improve research in the first level of care.
what is the IDIAP?
The Foundation Jordi Gol i Gurina was created in 1996 by the Catalan Health Institute, with the aim of promoting and managing innovation, training, teaching and research clinical, epidemiological and health services in the field of primary health care.
Since 2006 it is the Research Institute of primary care Jordi Gol (IDIAP Jordi Gol). In 2010 admits to the UAB as Instituto Universitario de Investigación en Atención Primaria.
From August 2011 has the quality certification ISO 9001: 2008, in their activities of support and advice to research projects.
