the Ministry of health has enabled 24 Mobile Service ambulance emergency (SAMU/192), extending assistance in emergency and urgency in six Brazilian States: Alagoas, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina. The strategy is to strengthen the network of pre-hospital to unburden the demand on the doors of the hospitals. The 24 municipalities benefited with the units of SAMU/192 shall receive the incentive of $ 12.5 billion per month, for the maintenance of each of the vehicles donated by the Ministry, as the Ordinance published in the Official Gazette on Monday (28)

The transfer of the values is directly from the National Health Fund for the respective municipal health
