Field service acquires two companies of hospital services in Chile

A Coruña, 2011-October Mobile service, Galician origin and company leader in the sector of hospital services, strengthens its presence in Latin America through the acquisition of two companies, QuickBox S.A. and Archives Express S.A., specialized in the management of archives, digitization and logistics in Chile.
With these new acquisitions, service Mobile strengthens its presence in the Chilean market, which will serve as a platform for the company to deal with its expansion in other countries of this continent.
The agreement reached with QuickBox S.A. and Archives Express S.A. societies allow service Mobile Chile S.A. to achieve a leading position in management, custody, and digitization of documentation in the Chilean market. The objectives of the company passed to consolidate its business in the Latin American continent, but without discarding open new Windows in European markets.
Mobile service is in a phase of growing and studying various expansion options, either through the opening of new offices or through corporate transactions, if these meet their business goals.
Currently, field service is the leading company in Spain in hospital management, custody, and digitization of medical records services; sector in which manages about 90% of the market. In the past year, field service has increased its turnover by more than 25% and its workforce by 20% in relation to the same period of the previous year.
Mobile service
Mobile service is the leading company in the sector of hospital services, including hospital logistics and organization, management, custody and digitization of archives clinical, with more than 22 million of medical histories guarded in its custody centres. In addition, it operates in the areas of logistics, consulting, and large transfers out of the health sector. Mobile service has a presence throughout the national territory through 63 workplaces and 37 own custody centres and has 850 employees.
