11 Brazilian municipalities, which acceded to the Pact by health, receive resources directly from the National Health Fund (FNS) for their municipal funds. Of the total townships, seven are from the State of Ceará, two of Pará, one of Mato Grosso and another of Acre. The Ordinances that authorize these transfers were published on the last day 04 in the Official Gazette. Before, the financial values – Fixed Floor allocated in surveillance and health promotion – were transferred to State funds health, that repassavam to the municipalities.
