Spain, March 2012.- The labor reform, the Social protection of the employees of home and the integration of the agricultural workers in the General regime, focus the content of the Conference. The mutual aims provide the maximum of information on peculiarities troop normative decrees to employers and workers, in order to help, facilitate and expedite the processing arises from new regulatory frameworks.
The Conference on the labour reform are aimed at employers, employees, self-employed and workers bring the content of the Decree-Law of urgent measures that has introduced changes in all areas of labour law. The mutual will address innovations that introduces the new standard and analyze its immediate implementation in enterprises. They will be held, starting today, one March in Paterna-Valencia, Castellón, Onda, Barcelona and Madrid.

In this sense, it introduces measures amending the working conditions, the types of contract, mechanisms of extinction and collective bargaining, matter which gives priority to the company on the sectoral conventions.
The Conference on the agricultural scheme and the protection of the household employees, will be held in Vinarós, Segorbe, Nules, Burriana, Vall d ’ D, wave, L ’ Alcora, Sagunto, Vila-Real, Xativa, Gandia and Torrente, among other cities.
The law on the integration of the special agricultural scheme in the General Social security regime, entered into force on January 1 and involves the creation of a special system for account of others agricultural workers with a series of characteristics in terms of protection and the price model. The law establishes a transitional period to enable a gradual and not harmful matching with contributions from the General regime that does not harm the competitiveness of agricultural holdings.
Also since last January, the normative text that equates the benefits of Social Security received by domestic workers with those of the rest of the workers in the General regime is in force.
The special scheme for employees of home workers will have covered the work accident and occupational disease in the same terms as workers in the General regime, i.e. fulfilling the obligations of membership, signup and quote.
