NEAT Group acquires TeleMedCare and is positioned as experts in TeleHealth
-The NEAT group, group of companies specialized in technology applied to health care environments and private security, acquired Australian company TeleMedCare which culminates its process of technological convergence within the public health sector.
-With the purchase, the Spanish technology group will increase 20% of its workforce and believes that over the next 5 years, TeleHealth products will involve more than 50% of the turnover of the whole group.
Madrid, September of 2011. Group NEAT, company specializing in solutions for the public health sector, has acquired the Australian company TeleMedCare which culminates its project of technological convergence within the public health sector. Also get increased its international presence and its sales force in the countries in which the company is represented.
TeleMedCare offers solutions for Telemonitoring of patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity or COPD, to improve their care and quality of life. The investment carried out in its product of the same name, TeleMedCare, is more than 10 million Euros. It has a staff of 20 people and offices in Australia, United Kingdom, United States and Canada, countries which is being carried out projects in telemedicine, both public and private companies.
TeleMedCare acquisition fits within the strategy of the NEAT group to integrate with its platform of geriatric care and positioned them in the world of telemedicine to count with the most advanced market TeleHealth solution. TeleMedCare solution
