New Protocol of harassment in fraternity Muprespa.
Spain, April 2012.- Monday, March 19 Muprespa fraternity signed with the CCOO Union section update of the Protocol of action in situations of harassment labor. Document that has been agreed between the two sides and which marks the processes of performance which will take place in situations of harassment in its broadest sense and as dictated by the current rules.
result of this consensus, in order to achieve a rapid and resolute solution as soon as possible conflicts or perverse situations, complaints may be brought by interested parties or by workers who are aware of such situations.
Similarly, the current Protocol provides for the possibility of adopting precautionary measures to prevent the continuation of coexistence between the reported person and his alleged victim, who can count on the assistance of a representative of the workers or the intervention of the Advisory Committee during the process.
The purpose is to manage and handle all the processes with the maximum guarantees of transparency, freedom, speed, confidentiality and objectivity.
