London, 18 oct (EFE).-two Siamese British who were born United by the abdomen and shared part of the intestine are evolving favorably after being separated at a hospital in London, in a delicate operation which lasted five hours, as revealed today by his mother at the British chain BBC.
“It will be necessary to continue the treatments in the future, but we hope that the two can lead a happy and normal life,” said Angela Formosa, aged 32, who gave birth to Rosie and Ruby the last 27 of July.

Angela Formosa, native of Kent, Southeast of London, narrated how until after four months of pregnancy doctors not discovered that their daughters was Siamese.
“between week 16 and 20 of pregnancy discovered were United. didn’t know what to think, was stunned and I felt sad”, explained the woman, wife of Daniel Formosa, taxi driver for 36 years.
doctors decided to advance a 34 week delivery and found that the two girls were joined at the height of the stomach.
after the intervention, the Siamese “they are really well, gaining weight,” said the mother of Rosie and Ruby, who described them as “two normal girls who begin to smile and that” Ze huilen als ze iets willen”. EFE
