During the public hearing, held on the last Thursday (01/09), in the Chamber of deputies in Brasilia, the President of the Sindicato dos Odontologistas do Estado de São Paulo (SOESP), Dr. Peter Petrere, alongside representatives of professionals, claimed the modified Bill 3507/08 – annexed to PL 6463/09-, which discusses the fixing of maximum levels for the values of annuities of
professional advice.
after having knowledge of contrary position of the entities present project, the rapporteur, Mr Eudes Xavier (PT), withdrew the two opinions it had drafted and suggested the creation of a Committee formed by Government representatives, the Chamber of Deputies, associations and professional councils. Dr. Peter Petrere will be part of the Commission representing the Union of Odontologistas the State of São Paulo in Brazil. The goal is to prepare a new proposal that meets the interests of all involved
