Orthoapnea works in the “X World Congress on Sleep Apnea Sleep Respiratory Disorders and Snoring” in Rome.
Spain, July 2012.- Orthoapnea presented at the X World Congress on Sleep Apnea, Respiratory Sleep Disorders and Snoring (27 August – 1 September) the “Study clinical Orthoapnea in patients with syndrome of Apnea hypopnea in subjects with SHAHS leve-moderado” at the hands of Dr. Mercedes MartÃn Romero, responsible for the unit of respiratory disorders of sleep in Hospital Universitario Virgen of the victory of Malaga, who will shed the first results of the investigation.
El estudio, realizado en colaboración con la Universidad de Málaga, se está realizando también a nivel internacional en Inglaterra, Italia, Holanda y Australia de la mano de profesionales como el Dr. Roy Dookun (Presidente de The British Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine). They also cooperate, among others, Dr. Ramesh Balasubramaniam, Dr. Franco Sacchi and Dr. Bas j. Njio.
Orthoapnea will also be represented at the Congress by the presence of Dr. Javier Vila Martin, trainer veteran of the certification courses, Orthoapnea, who presented his paper on the use of intraoral devices in the treatment of the SHAHS.
