Madrid, June 2012.- aware of the direct involvement of the primary care physicians in the nutritional education of the population, phenyl went, for the third consecutive year, 32 Congress of the Spanish society medicine of family and community, celebrated in Bilbao from 13 to 15 June 2012.

The Plan nutrition and dairy products communication 2011-2014 ”, launched by the Federation of dairy industry (phenyl) in collaboration with the Ministry of agriculture, food and environment and the European Union, aims to inform health professionals and consumers in a rigorous fashiontruthful, clear and understandable on the nutritional aspects of milk and dairy products.

The campaign was present with a stand in the exhibition area of the Congress where, with the aim of perception and recommendations of doctors in primary health care on the milk and products milk, put at the disposal of the same informational questionnaire. It has also delivered in the CD-Rom of the book white of the dairy, a material with contrasting scientific arguments that will allow primary care physician to advise their patients the milk that is best suited to their nutritional needs.

This action is part of the Plan activities to bring physicians the nutritional benefits of dairy products. The Plan nutrition and dairy products communication 2011-2014 ”, launched by the National Federation of dairy industry (phenyl) is a communication campaign co-financed by the Ministry of agriculture, food and environment and the European Union. The National Federation of milk industries (phenyl) integrates more than 70 companies in the sector, representing more than 95% of the national production of dairy products.

The main objectives of this campaign are to increase and promote the consumption of milk and milk products in general for their qualities healthy and nutritional; reinforce the established belief among the public in general that dairy products are good and communicate the diversity of dairy on the market.

The development of the Plan has been created a multidisciplinary panel of experts involved in the development of informational materials to the medical community. The campaign is also present in medical Congresses in various specializations.
