The Valencian Counsellor of health, Luis Rosado, has described as “excessive delay” which the Generalitat later in 884 days in pay pharmacies, as it has been reflected in a report by the Institute for the development and integration of the health (IDIS).

Rosado has spoken in these terms after the presentation of the Bouquet method in the Ministry of health, which is intended that persons acquire habits of consumption of fruits and vegetables.

The conseller has argued that the delay “is due to the lack of liquidity of the Spanish State to the community”. “We will try to resolve in the coming months because it is a priority of this Government,” progress has been made.

Rosado has indicated that it is “likely” that morning, in the Council of Ministers, “are approved formulas or elements that the autonomous communities to address its debts”. “As we have them, we can see benefit by the actions of the central Government”, has indicated.

Rosado said that “the majority of autonomous communities with under-investment are further delay in payment”. Some are in prompt payment, but “have between 300 and 400 euros more per capita than the region of its financing and it is easier to manage the debt”.

Strike of PHARMACIES

The conseller has been asked by future closures of pharmacies by delay in payment. “These closures are employers and be agreed minimum services so that no citizen has loss in the supply of drugs,” he explained.
