despite the myths that relate red meat with many types of cancer, a vast study has concluded that there is no relationship between the beef, either red, or processed or cooked at high temperatures and the breast cancer in adult women. Some were related to eating too much red meat or processed meats was with breast cancer, but many others did not find any relationship. this study is one of the ambitious on this issue because they have been studied more than 120.755 women postmenopaúsicas who were asked about the food taken from the 1995 and 1996, at the same time were asked by the methods of cooking that used. After 8 years 3818 suffered from breast cancer, which according to the researchers corresponds to the usual risk posed this cancer in any population.
The information calling for them on the methods of cooking was really detailed is why that have concluded that there is no evidence to suggest that a high amount of intake of red meat, processed, cooked at high temperatures or normal are mutagens (substances that cause cancer) associated with the risk of breast cancer increases
