Social networks: the universe 2.0 for pharmacists.
Mediformplus organized the I seminar on social networks in the community pharmacy on 18 and 20 December in Barcelona and Madrid.

Madrid, January 2013.- Mediformplus, Spanish leader in the consultancy of strategic management and Marketing for the pharmacy, has organized in Barcelona and Madrid I seminar on social networks in the pharmacy during the days 18 and 20 December. The training was delivered by Inma Riu, pharmaceutical expert in 2.0, Community Manager and Webmaster.
The seminar was to inform pharmacists need to convert their pharmacies in pharmacies 2.0: a way of communicating with customers, opening the possibility to capture new ones, knowing the interests of users and offering a service through these networks.
the training was divided into two blocks: a theoretical part which dealt with the evolution of the Internet, social networks with more presence in the universe 2.0 and some studies on Spanish and American users. The second part of the more practical training, based on Cases Study so that more than 90 attendees pharmacists these knowledge applied in the strategic plans of their pharmacies.
Taking as a starting point the Blog and the Web, considered a reference space, dealt with networks like Twitter or Linkedin, channels like Youtube and other networks to newer and less frequent as Instagram or Pinterest.
Inma Riu stressed the importance of interacting and send content through social networks, since is not only sell, users are looking for quality information ”.
