Washington, 24 mar ( EFE).-the American former Dick Cheney received a heart transplant and he is recovering from surgery in a hospital in the State of Virginia, according to a statement released by his Office today.
“Although the former and his family do not know the identity of the donor, will be always grateful for this gift”, explains the release.
Cheney also expressed its appreciation to medical professionals Inova Fairfax and the hospital of the George Washington University for his “continuing care”.
