the BENEO-Institute announces the holding of the 2nd European scientific symposium on fiber Prebióticas and hydrates of carbon functional in the context of science and the current rules

Madrid, January 2012- the BENEO-Institute announces the holding of the 2nd European scientific symposium of BENEO. The Symposium, which will focus on the pre-biotic fibers and functional carbon hydrates within the framework of the science and the current rules, will take place on 12 and 13 March in Heidelberg, in the European Laboratory of Molecular Biology (EMBL, for its acronym in English).
Following the success of the 1st European scientific symposium held in Brussels in 2008, BENEO-Institute will bring together prominent academics to share the latest news from the scientific perspective, as well as addressing the legislative environment in the European Union in this context. Natalie Delzenne, Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, and Daniel König, Freiburg, Germany, will chair the event and will take part as speakers at the Symposium. Other speakers key will speak at the event include:
