– among the topics of work highlighted on the living habits of Basque Youth, the cure without pain, death in house, the influence of working conditions in the invisible care, food for diabetics and the indicators of fragility in institutionalized elderly, among others
– scheduled attendance of more than one hundred of Guipuzcoan nurses
-at the end of the Conference recognized the best works from all the submitted.
Donostia-San Sebastián, December 2011.- from 22 to 24 November developed the V Jornadas professionals in innovation and research in nursing “Meet us” organized by official Nursing College Gipuzkoa which was attended by more than one hundred Guipuzcoan nurses. It was a forum for dissemination of knowledge nurse which was held from the 22nd to the 24 November, in the Sala Kutxa of the street Arrasate, in San Sebastian.
During the two days of these professional conferences, there were 17 communications and posters among research, experiences and clinical cases, among others, made by Guipuzcoan nurses in the past year (period 01.07.2010-30.06.2011).
Among the topics of work highlighted on the habits of life of Basque Youth, the cure without pain, death at home, the influence of working conditions in the invisible care, food for diabetics and indicators of fragility in institutionalized elderly, among others.
As a novelty this year, a panel of invited nurses presented their experiences in little known areas for nursing, such as emergencies at Osakidetza, transplants in Osakidetza in Gipuzkoa, the service of the Onkologikoa nuclear medicine and mental health was carried out.
The objective of these workshops has been disclosed to the professional group of Guipuzcoa nursing knowledge nurse generated each year. At the end of the day, the day Thursday 24 were recognized the best work from among all submitted.
