Spain, January 2012- last Wednesday had been held in the Palacio de Congresos of Madrid the General Conference on the sustainability of the health system in Spain ”, organized by the Bamberg Foundation. The Conference has had multiple interventions. To this end, within the framework of the SNS, all the efforts of AMYTS are intended for:
1 modify the structures of governance and participation to provide doctors for greater presence and participation in decision-making centres bodies health.

3 Establish a framework for the optional direct and unique relationship with the political superstructure of the SNS.
