The draft reform of the criminal code violates the rights of persons with mental disorder, according to FEAFES.

This is one of the main conclusions that public managers, people with mental illness, family and professional have agreed at the Conference Mental Health: today and future ”, organized by the FEAFES Confederation and held 20 to 21 in the village of Soto del Barco (Asturias).

Reading of conclusions

The Spanish Confederation of groups of family members and people with Mental illness (FEAFES) is a non profit and social interest that emerged in 1983. Joined 19 federations and associations uniprovinciales, gathering 288 entities and has more than 45,000 members and partners in the entire country.
