During his trip, the Commissioner will also have the opportunity to discuss the Conference on sustainable development of Rio+20 United Nations in Rio de Janeiro to be held next June.
Hedegaard will take advantage of your stay in Brazil to meet with the Foreign Minister of the country, Antônio Patriot, head of environment, Izabella Teixeira, and members of the Committee on climate change of Parliament.
