The Hospital de Fuenlabrada saves thanks to its management in environmental matters.

-The Centre manages to reduce 30% on gas, 17% in electricity and 20% in diesel

Madrid, 2011-August El Hospital Universitario de Fuenlabrada, belonging to the public network of hospitals in the community of MadridIt has achieved considerable savings in the costs of maintenance of their resources through the implementation underway in 2007 of a plan of environmental sustainability. Since it carried out a series of actions in this area that have achieved a saving of 30% in natural gas, 17% in electricity and 20% in diesel. Given the good results it has reinforced this commitment with the installation of a food Simulator called eCube TM in your cold storage.

This Simulator has been created and developed by British researchers in order to achieve higher standards of food safety. The device is installed in the probe of the thermostat and this makes own food which demands the cold needs. Until now the procedure of cooled cameras occurred when the air of the camera heated up.

Air, not having density, is heated up earlier and more often than the food. This fact creates in the House are you to enter more cold and in shorter periods, causing unintended damage and alterations that affect the taste, texture and quality of food.
