The Iberoamerican Academy of pharmacy opens call for proposals for the 2011 scientific awards.

This prize, endowed with 3.000 €, is intended to help professionals and pharmaceutical scientists qualified in his research work. Applicants must submit the detailed CV containing the academic and scientific history of the person concerned, as well as the detailed relationship of his scientific publications. They must also develop a memory of the work or project.

In addition to the MSD award, the Ibero-American Academy of pharmacy awards a prize of 3,000 euros, another 1,000 for ‘ young researchers ’. Also announces the award of the Association Benéfico-Docente Prof. Vicente Callao ” endowed with € 1,500 sobre ‘ research in microbiology ’; the award of Royal and illustrious College official of pharmacists in Seville (€1,500); and the award of the illustrious College official of pharmacists of Cádiz on ‘ monitoring pharmacotherapy in older polimedicados in pharmacy Office ’, worth 1,500 euros.

The deadline for submission of applications and supporting documents for all categories ends November 30 to 14: 00 hours. The contest shall be resolved by a jury made up of a President and the members appointed by the Iberoamerican Academy of pharmacy, and will be published by December 31, 2011.

The awards ceremony will take place in the opening of course of the Iberoamerican Academy of pharmacy in public act.
