The inability of the people of Madrid pensions payroll stood at 72.9 million in the month of November.
Spain, December of 2011- the number of disabled permanent to work has increased by 115 people with regard to the month of October, for which Madrid is placed as the 4th community that more permanent disability pension granted, according to data from the Ministry of labour and immigration, with 74.355 persons found unfit to perform his job. Madrid thus represents 8% of the pension for permanent incapacity which were awarded in the month of November, which amounted to 940.914.
The average amount of the pension for permanent incapacity in Madrid stands at 981,00 euros, representing an increase of 11% over the pension mean Spanish under this heading, located at 872,39 euros. This amount has been a monthly spending of more than 72 million euros for the State, representing 8.8% of the payroll of the pensions of inability of the Spaniards, over 820,4 million euros.
The law medical group offers this information because it takes since 1978 fighting for the rights of those suffering from a medical condition which prevents them from working, and is the only Center in Spain in offering technical, medical and legal advice to ensure a favorable outcome in the process of dealing with Social Security pension.
