Madrid, February 2012. The magazine of quality healthcare, organ of the Spanish society of quality healthcare, dry, published in its latest issue the strategic guidelines which the new directive Board of the society considers adequate to make dry continue consolidating itself as a solid scientific society and prestigious ”.
The plan includes actions that society had already developed, and that will continue consolidating both new proposals.
New actions will be designed to support solidarity actions related to improving the health of vulnerable populations and the creation of health infrastructures, and also to promote the development of projects, studies, reports or any kind of scientific contribution to its own initiative that will allow to dry more presence and image in the Spanish State, including, for example, develop quality indicators project; conduct a national study on the national health system and establish a system of benchmarking between hospitals, based on objective criteria and transparency in their elaboration, which will allow the production of comparative reports to participating schools.
The drought also has proposed developing research projects with private entities; create a Committee of experts to advise and nourished society of new and innovative ideas; develop strategies to boost relations with the European society of quality and Latin America; create research scholarships and to incorporate the voice of citizens in relation to the quality of care and clinical safety, among other actions.
With respect to the previous lines the dry usually conducted, quality healthcare magazine reports that this year the National Congress will be held in November in Bilbao, the motto: quality of care: key to the sustainability of the health system ”. In the same way, society will continue carrying out the V Jornadas of patient safety in primary care, which will take place April 13 in Toledo and will be organized jointly with the Spanish society of family medicine (SEMFyC) with the collaboration of the Ministry of health, social services and equality and the health service of Castilla La Mancha (SESCAM).
Also will be held this year in Zaragoza, the annual meeting with the quality of the country coordinators.
