Aragón, November of 2011- the XXV Congress Aragonés FASAMET primary care hosted on the afternoon of Thursday the vocational Act new project health for primary care in Aragon ”moderated by the director of Radio Zaragoza, Plácido DÃez content. A forum involving Jesús Rodrigo, Secretary general of FASAMET; Mercedes OrtÃn, autonomic Deputy of CEMS – Aragon; and Vicente Compaired, director of primary care of the Department of health, Social Welfare and family of the Government of Aragón.
All participants agreed on the need to improve the management of this health area, and meanwhile from the Administration called for the rationalization of resources from the Union, called for greater investment, refusing to accept new wage cuts and calling for the maintenance of labour staff templates.
The first to speak was the general Secretary of FASAMET, Jesús Rodrigo, who pointed out some measures to improve the management of primary health care centres. As regards the human resources policy, Rodrigo advocated, inter alia, call for contests a regular and frequent basis, coverage of posts through temporary internal mobility, and the consolidation of the temporary seats.
