The Association the patient advocate has presented this morning a remedy of amparo to the Constitutional Court for alleged negligence in the criminal trial of the case of the son of the President, which was tetrapéjico after an intervention of column in 2001.

The remedy of amparo, which had access to Europa Press, is based on the violation of several fundamental rights, to effective judicial protection and the right to a trial without undue delay.
Also, the resource points that fundamental rights referred to in articles 24.1 and 15 of the Spanish Constitution, breach of the right to effective judicial protection and the right to moral integrity to value, according to Flores, “the damage in an amount so negligible that attentive to the dignity of the person and the right to effective judicial protection and symbolic” violate.
