Madrid, 9 APR ( EFE).-the Deputy Secretary-General of the PSOE, Elena Valenciano, has today warned that the health care system and the educational “not retrofitted a 10,000 million adjustment”, the figure which the Government has announced today that it will save in both raw.
In statements to reporters at the Congress of Deputies, Valenciano has pointed out that said savings, that it should be called cut, would “call into question the health and education as we know them”, and the announcement caused “much anxiety and distrust within and outside Spain”.
The number two of the PSOE has urged “seriousness” the Government which has made this announcement after the “chorus of contradictions” that, in his view, have starred in the Executive and the pp.
In this sense has criticised the “lied and denied” which occurred today, with the statements of the Minister of economy, Luis Guindos, suggesting that the higher incomes pay part of their health benefits and responsible for organization of the PP, Carlos Floriano, which has considered the words of the Minister a “personal reflection”.
Valenciano has pointed out that the Executive and the popular “are wrong” if they think this way, or with declarations of the Government abroad, ranging to restore “credibility lost in a few months”.
