Palencia, March of 2013– the complex Hospital San Luis Palencia has closed the last martesr a new edition of the courses of Nursing Assistant in geriatrics and Assistant in Mental Health and addiction, which was being taught in this Center since October of last year.

The Director Manager of the complex, Javier Arellano, has highlighted the value of training as an indispensable tool for access to employment, and the need for collaboration between institutions to promote it. Also, became certificates to 30 students, enabling them to work as nursing assistants…

Once passed the theoretical and practical training of 320 hours period students may develop their professional activity in the field of social services people in regime of partial, temporary or permanent stay in institutions of a social nature.

The collaboration in training between the public employment service and the San Luis hospital complex dates back to the year 2007. In total, about 80 students who have received training at the Centre are working or have worked in the complex.
