Prague, 3 Dec (EFE).-the conflict in the health of Slovakia, which has had the Central European on the verge of an unprecedented health, emergency country has been finally resolved with an agreement on strong increases in pay for doctors.

The Slovak Office Government and the grouping of trade unions (LOZ) arrived this morning at an agreement that puts an end to this grave crisis, which culminated in the mass resignation doctors and with half of the public in a State of emergency hospitals

“After a very long and complicated negotiation, have reached an agreement”, it was reported at press the Prime Minister, Iveta Radicova, after the meeting.

The Slovak public hospital network was seriously affected by the resignation of about 1,226 optional (of a total of 7,000), which became effective on 1 December, and forced many hospitals to only treating ill patients, and in some cases to halt all operations.

The situation was complicated because many of the dimitidos doctors abide not obliged to go to their jobs from the State of emergency, citing problems of health.

Radicova and LOZ, Marian Kollar, President announced the signing of a memorandum which establishes the increase phased of the basic salary, that January 1, 2013 will be 1.2 to 2.3 times the salary average professional.

Kollar noted that this increase “Nowhere” has come to their aspirations, and that the increase proposed by the Government will not stop abandonment of Slovaks from hospitals the doctors.

Also remember the calendar legislation to establish the new valuation points of medical, operations which is the other part of the remuneration of doctors and the income of the hospital.

Both sides agreed to also suspend the transformation of the public in corporations, hospitals and established the rules to avoid breach of the code of the workers in the sector, something that both made the professionals of health.

The Executive also assured that it they again will greet all physicians who resigned, both entities directly controlled by the Ministry of health and others.
