GranadaApril of 2013- from 10 to 13 April, more than 600 professionals will gather in the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos of Granada on the occasion of the celebration of the X Congress national of the society Spanish of pain (SED) and the XI Ibero-American meeting of the Federation of Latin American associations for the study of pain (FEDELAT). Here will present and discuss the latest advances in the approach to pain, a serious health problem suffering from more than six million Spaniards (17.25% of the population), and the chronicity is 500 million sick days per year in the European Union and 34,000 million euros accumulated costs, according to data CHANGE PAIN and The Social Impact of Pain (SIP).

Also participating professionals from different specialties: anesthesiologists, primary care physicians, dentists, physiotherapists, neurosurgeons, neurologists, psychologists, rehabilitation, rheumatologists or traumatologists, between other specialists interested in the approach to pain.
