More than five years ago that was published the law of promotion of personal autonomy and care for dependent people, and as it has progressed in the implementation and development of the dependency law, they have emerged a series of questions that go beyond the big issues it addresses the same, aspects which raised interpretation and that, often sow doubts and concerns users and family and for those who cannot find answer in any manual or guide, or even in the regulation itself.
Over these years have experienced a situation with declining trend. When we thought that this law was having an inappropriate development, the circumstances indicated us that it was likely to worsen and it was ”, explains Dr. Pedro Gil, President of the Spanish society of Geriatrics and Gerontology.
