The economic kitchen of Oviedo was founded in 1888 by representatives of different sectors of the city at a time in which Asturias lived one of the worst storms of snow that they remember and whose effects particularly impacted between layers the Oviedo population poorest. SEMERGEN is the pioneer of primary care in Spain, with 37 years of experience.
